Australia Revises Danish Pork Certification and Enhances License Enforcement
On June 3, 2025, the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry of Australia and New Zealand issued a notice announcing that, at the request of the Danish Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, the Danish pork health certificate has been revised. The revisions include an updated appendix for uncooked pork products re-exported from Denmark to Japan, as well as minor wording adjustments to the health certificates for both cooked and uncooked (fresh) pork.
